  2. Ajay Kuntamukkala & Lavanya Reddy, c/o SalTerra Solutions, LLC, PO Box 1744, Kilmarnock, VA 22482; requests permission to install 360’ of rip rap revetment (class II & III stone), two 100’ stone breakwaters and one 50’ stone spur (class II & III stone) with 9,000 sq ft of sand nourishment and 900 sq ft of wetlands plantings along the eroded shoreline of the Chesapeake Bay.   3. Harbour Property Owner’s Association Inc. c/o Alyson Schlobohm, Marine Permits, LLC., P.O. Box 15852, Richmond, VA 23227; requests permission to extend the current 24’ finger pier by 13’ for a total length of 37’ and a replacement boat lift on Pitman Cove.   4. Lancaster County, c/o Bay Design Group, P.O. Box 51, Urbanna, VA 23175; requests permission to install an 18’ x 20’ ADA floating kayak launch connected upland by three 8'x18' dock ramps with four (4) landings and a 4'x30' gangway to provide access to the Western Branch of the Corrotoman River.   5. Rappahannock Bluffs LLC c/o Craig Palubinski, Bayshore Design, LLC, 8518 Cople Hwy, Hague, VA 22469; requests permission to install two 180’ and one 50’ armor stone breakwaters with 2,000 C.Y. of beach nourishment and 6,600 sq ft of wetlands plantings, a 50’ low-profile armor stone groin along an existing concrete groin and two armor stone revetments (50’ and 25’ respectively) along the shoreline of the Rappahannock River.   6. Henry & Michele Donnini, c/o SalTerra Solutions, LLC, PO Box 1744, Kilmarnock, VA 22482; requests permission to install 210’ of stone marsh sill with 60 cubic yards of clean sand nourishment and 1,000 sq ft of wetlands plantings for a living shoreline to be installed on Myer Creek. 60’ of the sill will be additional stone added to the height of the existing sill. The Wetlands Board meets on the second Thursday of each month in the Board of Supervisors Meeting Room at the Lancaster County Administration Building, 8311 Mary Ball Road, Lancaster, Virginia. The meetings begin at 9:30 AM.

Instructions for Making Public Comment

Electronic Participation Meetings are conducted in a Zoom webinar format in which the board members and certain members of County staff ("panelists") may be visible on camera and will be able to speak, while the press corps and members of the general public ("attendees") will be placed in a "view-only/listen-only" participation mode.

When applicable (depending on the type of meeting being conducted), members of the public who wish to state their comments or questions must ask to be recognized by clicking the "Raise Hand" button near the bottom of the Zoom interface window. Telephone callers will be able to raise their hands by pressing *9 on their telephone keypad. Upon being unmuted, citizens should provide their name and district in which they reside and then state their question or comment.

Inappropriate or offensive comments or language will result in immediate dismissal from the meeting.
