Screen Resolution

The minimum screen resolution to avoid horizontal scrolling is 1024x768. The site has been optimized for compact computing devices (smartphones, tablets, etc.), but with the variety of devices and screen sizes currently available, testing is an ongoing process.

Browser Compatibility

The content on this web site has been tested to display and function properly with the current versions of commonly used web browsers such as Internet Explorer, Firefox, Chrome and Safari with some degree of backwards compatibility.

Users of other web browsers or older, non-supported operating systems such as Windows XP may experience abnormalities. Larger fonts sizes and non-standard dpi settings could also affect performance and appearance.

Third-Party Software

In order to view documents of this type, you must download and install software capable of reading PDF files. From time to time, there may also be documents posted to this web site which were created with Microsoft Office products such as Word, Excel and Powerpoint.
