Mission: The mission of the Authority is to foster and stimulate economic development and employment through entrepreneurship in business, industry and trade in the County of Lancaster for the general good of its people and the Commonwealth of Virginia.
Strategic Goals: The Lancaster County Economic Development Authority has adopted the Strategic Goals listed in the Northern Neck Planning District Commission's 2018 Comprehensive Economic Development Strategy as they relate to Lancaster County and can be downloaded here (PDF format).
